Nalbandian: We Merge to do Things
The tennis player David Nalbandian is always acquainted with the progress of the Foundation. Being able to help through it is one of his paramount concerns. However, he knows it is long-term work and the task is not minor. “We are doing things. We are trying to merge to do more important things”, the tennis player stated. David’s Foundation focuses his objectives in two activities: the promotion of sports and the physical and mental development of people with different abilities. First, the emphasis is placed in the region which saw him grow: Unquillo, Rio Ceballos, Salsipuedes and Mendiolaza. The Foundation developed a rehabilitation program for children and adults with severe motor disabilities and other related pathologies. One of its annual projects is a Rehabilitation Program for People with Severe Motor Disability. This is the reason why they are trying to assemble the necessary infrastructure and equipment so that the professionals can carry out free rehabilitation services.
