Nalbandian wins in Sweden and wants to know the Venue of the Davis
David Nalbandian goes on with firm steps in the Stockholm ATP. Yesterday he defeated the Swedish Joachim Johansson 6-3 and 6-2 in 56 minutes, and made his way to quarterfinals in the Swedish Open where he will face the Spaniard Albert Montañes, whom he defeated the two times they played. While the performance of the man from Córdoba improves as matches pass, he anxiously waits to know the final venue of the Davis Cup, result which the ITF will announce tomorrow. Things have taken a new turn; Córdoba (David´s home province) had most chances of being the venue, but now the chances are 50% for Córdoba and 50% for Mar del Plata due to the sponsors’ pressure. Today the ITF will announce the venue and the mystery will be revealed.
