King David seeks another Crown in Basel
It was not just another match. David Nalbandian, currently number one in the country, defeated the man from Tandil Juan Martín Del Potro 6-4 and 6-4 and made his way to his fourth final of the season. This way he got his own back after the defeat in the Madrid Open a week ago against his fellow team member in the Davis Cup. The victory shows that the man from Córdoba is getting his level back; he will reach in good conditions the final of the Davis Cup against Spain. On Sunday he will face the Swiss Roger Federer, with whom he is 8-9. The Swiss plays at home and defends the title so it won´t be easy. They know each other well, but Roger has learnt to respect the man from Unquillo. If Nalbandian wins, he will get his 10th professional title and the third this season (in 2008 he won the ATP in Buenos Aires and in Stockholm).
