David Returns to his Training having Australia in Mind
After a short break in Gualeguaychú, and after not having accepted to play in the exhibition in Malaga, David Nalbandian, the man from Córdoba, will return to his training next week in Córdoba with a view to the Australian tour in 2009. The “King” took some days off in Entre Ríos after having a rough time in the final of the Davis Cup between the 21st and 23rd last November in Mar del Plata. In order to recover physically, David did not accept to play the exhibition he was going to play in Spain this weekend together with the Spaniards David Ferrer and Feliciano López, who won the Davis. On Tuesday, he will begin his preparation for the Australian tour but without a coach since his contract with Martín Jaite has expired. His next “competitive” commitment will be the Argentine Cup to be played on carpet in the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis between the 11th and 14th this month. This tournament is good to gain a good pace in matches.
