David Showed his Disappointment in Melbourne
He was one of the candidates to be in the final, but quickly lost and left in the second round of the Australian Open, the first Grand Slam of the year. David Nalbandian did not conceal his disappointment for having lost to the Chinese Yen Hsun Lu, 61st of the world, who surprised him with his game and good serves. "He played really well, better than I did and deserved to win", admitted the man from Córdoba, who is coming back to Argentina. Nalbandian paid the price for his physical debilitation due to his participation in Sydney, the tournament he won last week. Now he will focus on his next tour around Latin America. His participation in the Buenos Aires and Acapulco ATP is already confirmed and will then face the American tour on hard courts.
