David and a Great Chance to be once again a top-10 player
Nalbandian´s good performance in the Masters 1000 in Indian Wells made it possible for David to hold his 15th position in the world ranking this week. The man from Unquillo is already training with a view to the tour on clay, during which he could add up very good points. The hardest thing will be to defend the 250 points got in the Masters 1000 in Monte Carlo since he reached quarter finals in 2008. But then he can add up points in almost all the other tournaments. In the Masters 1000 in Rome (27/4) he defends only 10 points and there are no points to defend in the Masters 1000 in Madrid (10/5). In Roland Garros, the Grand Slam which closes the European tour on slow courts, he will have to hold 70 points since in 2008 he left in the second round. A big chance to be back among the top-10.
