Just a few days before the main responsible people of global warming meet at the Summit on Climate in Copenhagen to decide on the future of the planet, Greenpeace demands that “the summit assumes the political responsibility to adopt the necessary measures to avoid environmental and humanitarian chaos that can be caused by climate change over the next years. Among the most imminent risks are the massive disappearance of the glaciers and, as a consequence, the loss of great sources of drinkable water”.
